The renowned teacher and author Giuliano Bugialli shares his passion for classic Italian cooking in an engaging and charismatic style whethe with small audiences or on PBS with his series “Bugialli’s Italy.” From explaining technique to exploring traditional dishes, Bugialli delights and entertains as only a foremost authority on Italian food can do!

Spiaggia’s four-star chef Tony Mantuano creates contemporary Italian cuisine with a master’s hand. For over two decades, Mantuano has been thrilling Chicago with dishes emphasizing artisan cheeses, rare mushrooms and the blend of sophisticated flavors with traditional foods.
