A native of St. Louis, Christina attended the
Culinary Institute of America, taking time
out in 2008 to film the fourth season of
Hell’s Kitchen before returning to complete
her degree. When the secret of her culinary
triumph in the hit Fox Network reality show
was revealed, a whirlwind publicity tour
was followed by relocation to Los Angeles
for her current position as Executive Sous
Chef at the aptly named Gordon Ramsay at
the LondonWest Hollywood Hotel where
she and her team have already received
their first Michelin star.
Her talent will take center stage at one of
several super-charged demonstrations
included in the Grand Tasting ticket. A
special event on Sunday will give guests an
up close chance to observe her kitchen
techniques while sampling her artistry with
wine on the historic lakeside campus of
George Williams College.
